One lucky winner will receive £250 Seatfrog credit in their Seatfrog account, enough for 12+ upgrades on average (based on the average cost of an upgrade of £20). They can spend it in-app on upgrades whenever they travel, until it’s gone.

The promoter is Seatfrog Ops Ltd (“Seatfrog”), registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at Runway East Shoreditch, 52 Tabernacle Street, London, England, EC2A 4NJ.
The competition opens at 08:00 on 11.02.26 and closes at 23:59 on 25.02.26 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be valid.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors, agents of Seatfrog (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
A valid Seatfrog account is required.
To enter, during the Competition Period you must either:
a) Place a bid in a Seatfrog upgrade auction, or
b) Purchase an Instant Upgrade via the Seatfrog app.
Each qualifying bid or Instant Upgrade made during the Competition Period counts as one entry, unless Seatfrog specifies otherwise in campaign details. Maximum 1 entries per person.
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize is £250 credit applied to the winner’s Seatfrog account (“Prize Credit”).
Prize Credit is not cash, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
Prize Credit may be used towards eligible Seatfrog products available in-app (e.g., upgrades / Instant Upgrades), subject to availability and Seatfrog’s standard terms.
Seatfrog describes the prize as “a year of First Class upgrades” because the Prize Credit is intended to cover multiple upgrades across the year. Based on an average upgrade price of approximately £20, £250 equates to at least 12 upgrades, though the number of upgrades the winner can redeem will vary depending on route, availability, and upgrade pricing at the time of use.
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, conducted within 10 working days after the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the details linked to their Seatfrog account (e.g., email and/or in-app notification) within 10 working days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 5 working days days to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Seatfrog reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Credit will be applied to the winner’s Seatfrog account within 10 working days days of acceptance.
Seatfrog upgrades (including auctions and Instant Upgrades) are subject to availability, operator participation, and service/route constraints. Not all journeys will have upgrades available.
Seatfrog is not responsible if upgrades are unavailable on the winner’s preferred route/date/time.
Seatfrog will process personal data for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize in accordance with Seatfrog’s privacy policy. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (e.g., first name) unless they opt out.
Seatfrog may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Seatfrog reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Seatfrog’s decision is final in all matters relating to the competition.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Scotland and Wales.
